Coach Konrad Krupa

Coach Krupa joined the Farmington Soccer Coaching Staff in 2020 and made an instant impact on all three teams. As a program assistant coach he has the unique opportunity to work with all players in the program every week.  He plays a big role in helping build a strong foundation with the freshman team, helping the JV team make progress and grow their game, and refining the varsity team to play at its optimal level.  Coach Krupa does a lot of great work in teaching possession, proactive defending, and trains the goalkeepers.

Before taking his post with Farmington High Soccer, Coach Krupa was a very successful youth soccer coach with the Farmington Soccer Club starting in 2007.  The Farmington Soccer Club is the strongest town run soccer program in the state and one of the best in the country.  The Farmington Soccer Club is filled with dedicated volunteer coaches like Coach Krupa who help players learn the game at a high level and teach life lessons through the sport.  Coach Krupa was the head coach for four youth Connecticut State Cup winning teams.

Coach Krupa grew up in Poland where he was a standout player.  He played at the high school, college, and professional levels while in Poland.  He received his masters degree in physical education with a concentration in coaching soccer.
